Welcome to the 2nd Annual Syndicate Fitness Throwdown! Join us at Syndicate Fitness for a day of epic fitness challenges and fun. The workouts are designed to test your strength, endurance, and determination in a friendly competition atmosphere. Get ready to push your limits, cheer on fellow participants, and maybe even discover a new personal best. Don't miss out on this opportunity to sweat, smile, and celebrate fitness with the Syndicate community. See you there! 

Athletes may choose to compete Individually or as a 2 Athlete Team (m/m, m/f, f/f). This competition will offer 2 divisions, Rx & Scaled.

Early Bird Sign Up Ends May 31st

Regular Registration June 1st - 22nd

Individual Athlete = $100

2 Athlete Team =  $200


All competitors  will receive a free goodie bag & shirt.

*E3MOM (to include 0:00) Team must complete 100m Row Buy-In. Reps may be divided by team discretion. 100m must be completed before reps towards AMRAP are counted. 




Heat & Movement Standards will be released June 26th at 12pm. Movement standards are aligned with that of CrossFit.
